It is very likely that you are viewing this site now because you have reached a " time for me" stage of your life !
A time to relax and be pampered a little, to socialise and to make new friendships.
However independant you are, having friends, good, likeminded friends to share experiences with is priceless.

Many women find that making new friends becomes increasingly difficult during the middle years of life.
Joining Friends Around 50 is the solution !
Not only do we at FA50 provide women with the opportunity to meet and make many new likeminded friends, we also provide a very wide range of social events and activities for members to participate in.
Our aim is to keep members happy by providing them with the events and activities that they want, we therefore ask all new members to complete a simple questionaire detailing the type of events that they would be interested in attending (or not attending).
We currently have members and Co-ordinators in, or close to Worcester, Evesham, Alcester, The Cotswolds, Stratford, Warwick, Leamington, Kenilworth, Coventry, Solihull and Birmingham.
Events and activities are very varied and numerous, from pampering to adventure activities.
Meals, walks, theatre, parties or just simply meeting for coffee or an evening drink are popular with members.
Every effort is taken to keep events as affordable as possible and some events such as walks are free to members
You may have already tried joining other social organisations, but were then put off because members were in "their" little groups or cliques and you therefore felt left out and not very welcome!
At FA50 we do our best to avoid that kind of situation arising.
Because FA50 is a "network" and not a group, members are encouraged to "move out of their comfort zone" and interact with members from other areas, this means that at almost every event there is a different mix of members usually including one or two new members, it is unlikely therefore that you would ever feel like the "newcomer" .
We would love you to join us
By taking a positive step now you can become part of FA50s expanding network and benefit from all it has to offer!
Membership works out at around the cost of a weekly coffee or pub drink.
Where else could you get so much for so little?
You will be contacted shortly after joining, either by a local Co-ordinator or by FA50 directly, who will then arrange for you to attend your first event. You will also be sent your membership card and other FA50 information in the post within a few days.
I look forward to meeting up with you,
Kind Regards,
Sue Wareing, FA50 Founder
